Have you looked at kickstart? It is documented in a HOWTO, and in the
RedHat manuals, and in a well commented example file. LinuxWorld ran an
article on it too, and there is now a mkkickstart utility (you need access
to a linux machine to use it). Also someone put up a web site with a fill
out form that can generate a kickstart file for you. Maybe all this info
(more specific links) should be added to the blinux FAQ? See the the doc
dir tree on your CD for details, or http://www.redhat.com/ and it's
mirrors.
