　サーバが落ちていることと、私のところでへんなのは、もしかしたら関係ない
かもしれません。

　.emacsにweather関係の行を追加して、summary modeで大文字のAをしても、
new file
と言われ、カーンと言って、draft with citationができないんです（昼間と同じ）
。
坂本さんのところだと、引用はできますよね？

　私の.emacsの該当部分は、
